If you have live bank feeds enabled, you may need to re-enter your online banking login details so that the portal can continue to display your banking transaction data.
You may need to do this if you have changed your bank login details or if your bank’s Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings require you to re-enter your details. Sometimes, your bank feeds stop syncing with your portal and you need to re-enter your login details to re-sync them.
To restart your bank feeds:
1. Navigate to 'Financial'>'Networth' from the menu on the left of your portal.
2. Within Net worth, locate and click on the account.
3. Details of the account are shown. Click 'Update password'.
4. A pop-up window opens. Enter your online banking credentials and click 'Next'.
5. Once you have entered your credentials, the portal will connect with your institution and update the data feed.
NOTE: It may take a few minutes for your details to be updated and for your transactions to appear in your portal again.
