Keeping your information safe and secure is important to us. We are enhancing our Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities and making it mandatory for all clients.
What is MFA?
MFA is a security measure that requires users to provide more than one form of authentication to access an account.
It is also known as two-step verification. This important tool is there to protect accounts and data from unauthorised access because it makes it harder for someone to gain access to your account, even if one factor is compromised.
When does the change happen?
As at 30th November 2024, your client portal will request the MFA to be setup when
you log in.
What is involved?
Take a look at our 3 easy steps to implement the MFA enhancements in this short
video.
