Documents can be uploaded into your portal by anyone who has access and permissions to do so.
Once a document has been uploaded in your portal, it is easy to identify if you or your financial professional firm added the document.
To identify who uploaded the document:
- Navigate to your Docs section of your portal.
- Your documents will appear in the Docs area. The 'Created by' column shows which member or if your financial professional firm uploaded each document.
3. You can also apply filters to easily view documents created by a specific member or professional. Click 'Filter', make your selection, and then click Apply.
Note: Only documents uploaded post March release will show who uploaded the document. Previously uploaded documents will show as "Data not available"
