If you would like to review your transactions and make sure that each one is categorised and tagged correctly, the 'Review Transaction' view is something you might find useful.
To review your transactions:
- In your portal, open the cashflow tab and change the view to 'Needs to be reviewed'.
In your portal, navigate to 'Financial' > 'Cashflow'.
Change the filter to 'Needs to be reviewed'
- Your cashflow will show you all the transactions that need to be reviewed, based on the date range filter that you have applied.
- In this view you will be able to amend categories and tax tags directly, choose to assign ownership and add notes.
To review the details of your transactions, click on it from the list.
Transaction details are shown. To edit the details, click the edit pencil and make changes to the category, tax tag and ownership. You can also add notes if necessary.
When done, click 'Save details'
- Once all the details are correct, simply click on 'Review' at the end of the row and those details will be confirmed. A green tick will replace 'Review' and the transaction will no longer appear on this screen once refreshed.
