Once your financial professional has granted you access to your Personal Portal and subsequent ongoing logins, you will be required to answer some questions regarding your financial circumstances.
The system will go through the questions and a Yes/No answer will be required.
Once these questions have been answered, your financial professional will be notified of the "No" answers for assistance.
Should you have completed the questions and wish to adjust some of the answers, this can be done within your portal at any time.
To go through the survey again:
- Log into your portal
- Navigate to the Settings tab
- Click Settings
- Then click "Adjust Preferences"
- You can view your responses here, or to edit, click "Edit"
- Go through the survey questions and answer appropriately. Once completed, a summary will reflect your answers and simply click SUBMIT to complete.
- Your financial professional will be notified of any "No" answers requiring assistance.
Note: You can modify your answers as often as you like.
