As you begin adding your banking items using Open Banking, you may want to keep track of your consent details and the links each consent contains. You can view this information through the client portal, or via your financial institution's website.
To view consent information within the client portal:
1. Navigate to the Wealth area, locate the Open Banking linked wealth item and click 'Manage consent'.
2. A 'manage consent' pop-up window opens. Click 'Manage account'.
3. The Manage Consent window is shown. Accounts that have been linked to the consent are shown.
4. If you wish to view a copy of your consent confirmation, click the 'View your consent confirmation' link within this window.
5. The consent confirmation will download as a PDF link within your web browser.
NOTE: You can also retrieve your consent information by logging in to your financial institution's website.
