If you are invited as a guest to an individual's client portal or added as a connection to an Entity workspace, you have access to your own personal portal as well as the portal or workspace you belong to as a guest or connection.
Switching between workspaces is important, and it is now easier than ever to move from one workspace to the next with a click of a button.
To switch workspaces:
- Log in to your portal. On the first screen you will be prompted with all workspaces you are a member of. Select a workspace to access it.
- Once you are in a workspace, you can return to the list of workspaces at any time by selecting 'Return to list of workspaces' at the top right of the screen.
- You will again be presented with a list of all workspaces you are a member of. You can now switch to another workspace.
- The name of the workspace you are accessing will show at the top of the Dashboard.
