Once a To-do has been created, there may be times when the To-do needs to be adjusted. You can easily edit an existing To-do to reflect those changes.
To edit a To-do:
- Navigate to the To-dos menu.
- Locate the To-do that you want to edit and click on the pencil under the 'Action' column.
HINT: Use the 'Filters' option to narrow down your search. You can search for the To-do by name, Assignee or Status.

A pop-up window appears for you to edit the To-do. There are a number of fields that can be changed from within the task:
Field 1- Status: Change the status of the To-do to Active, Complete or On hold
Field 2- To-do name: Edit the name of the task
Field 3- Assigned to: Re-assign the task to a different team member
Field 4- Due date: Change the date that the task is due.
Field 5- Reminders: Change the reminder (email and push notification) frequency.
Field 6- Notes: Add notes relating to the task
Field 7- Document upload: Upload documents relating to the task if required
Field 8- Delete the task: Delete the task from your To-do list if no longer required.Once you have made your changes, click 'Save'.
- A success message will display and the updated To-do is reflected in your To-do list.
