Once a To-do has been created, you will receive reminder notifications when the task is due. Once you've completed the task, you must mark the To-do as complete. Once marked as completed, reminders will cease and the creator (if not yourself) will be notified that the To-do is completed.
To complete a To-do:
1. Navigate to the To-dos menu.
2. Locate the To-do you want to mark as ‘Complete’.
Click the icon under the Status column to change the status. This will also record the date it was changed to ‘Complete’.
Note: This cannot be done for To-dos that are set to ‘On hold’. You must edit the To-do first.
3. Alternatively, use the Edit pencil to open the To-do and change the status to ‘Complete’.
Note: If you want to temporarily pause the task and its reminder notifications, change the status to ‘On hold’. This will pause reminder email and push notifications. When you are ready to reactivate the task and its reminders, change the status back to ‘Active’.
