A Room can only be created by your financial professional through their portal. You cannot add a Room yourself.
Once a Room is added by your financial professional:
1. Click 'Rooms' from the menu on the left of your portal.
2. In the Rooms area, you will see a list of 'Active' Rooms- these are Rooms your financial professional has created, representing jobs or tasks that are being completed for you.
You also have access to Rooms you are a guest member of, as well as any closed Rooms.
Note: Closed Rooms aren't active, but you are able to view the entire history of the Room. You are not able to add to or modify closed Rooms in any way.
3. To access a Room, click on the Room name from the list.
