There may be times when you need to hide your Wealth items, for example, if you no longer own the asset due to a sale, paying off debt, closing an account, or gifting it to a family member. Hiding the item removes it from your overall Net worth balance while retaining all its historical information.
Similarly, unhiding your Wealth items if you mistakenly hid them or, for instance, if you reopen a previously closed bank account will bring the item back into your overall Net worth.
1. From your Dashboard, within the Net Worth area click 'View all'.
2. Change the 'Category View' filter to 'List View'.
3. Locate and click on the item you want to hide.
4. The wealth item opens. Click 'Hide'.
5. Once hidden, a confirmation message is shown and the item will no longer be included in your Net worth.
1. First, you must ensure that you have changed your Net worth settings to show hidden wealth items. Visit 'Net worth settings'
2. Turn on the setting to 'Show hidden wealth items' and click 'Save'.
3. Navigate back to Net worth and change the 'Category View' filter to 'List View'.
4. Locate and click on the item you want to un-hide.
5. The wealth item opens. Click 'Un-hide'.
6. You are taken back to the Net worth area where a message displays to confirm the Wealth item has been un-hidden.

2. When hiding a Wealth item linked to a data feed (such as a bank account, loan, credit card), any transactions received from the date of hiding onwards will automatically be hidden from Cashflow.
If you would like to display these hidden transactions in Cashflow, use the Cashflow settings to unhide/show hidden transactions.
3. Unhiding a Wealth item linked to a data feed will unhide the item from the Wealth area only. This action will not automatically unhide any transactions (within Cashflow) associated with the item.
