Each Room features a dedicated Settings area where you can manage various aspects of the Room. Within the Settings area, you can:
Edit Room Name and Description: Update the Room name and provide a detailed description to ensure it meets your needs.
To update the Room name or description, click the name or description fields and make your changes. When done, click 'Save changes'.
Export Room:
You can export the information within a Room at any point in time. Each time a new export is triggered, it will override the previous download. Once a service has been completed, you can export the information as a total zip file to store for future reference.
A pop-up window opens. Here you can choose to download the entire Room as a zip file or you can download PDFs of the Chat History and the individual documents separately simply by clicking on your desired choice.
